# [Analytics Content] - About Analytics

This page explains what Analytics in Contentstack is, what products it covers, and who can access it. Read this if you are an organization Owner or Admin who needs a centralized view of product usage and performance to support monitoring and data-driven decisions.

## About Analytics

Analytics in Contentstack offers a powerful, centralized platform for monitoring and analyzing the usage and performance of your organization’s key products: CMS, [Launch](/docs/developers/launch/about-launch), [Automate](/docs/developers/automation-hub-guides/about-automation-hub), [Personalize](/docs/personalize/about-personalize), [Brand Kit](/docs/content-managers/brand-kit/about-brand-kit), and other products within Contentstack. This feature combines the capabilities of the previously separate Product Analytics and Mission Control, offering a unified and streamlined experience for organization owners and admins.

By integrating these metrics into a cohesive dashboard, Analytics delivers a holistic view of your organization’s activity, enabling you to make data-driven decisions more efficiently.

**Note:** Only organization [Owner](/docs/developers/organization/organization-roles#organization-owner) and [Admin](/docs/developers/organization/organization-roles#organization-admin) roles can access the Analytics feature.

Organizing analytics data by product helps you allocate resources efficiently. For example, if a CMS stack uses more API requests, you can investigate and adjust. Understanding device usage patterns ensures your products are optimized for the most-used platforms.

With real-time data and detailed metrics, the Analytics dashboard lets you proactively address issues before they escalate. You can monitor status codes to fix API errors and track bandwidth to avoid overages, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Contentstack’s Analytics equips you with the insights needed to optimize performance, prevent issues, and enhance the user experience. By leveraging this powerful tool, you can make informed decisions, allocate resources wisely, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
